Hostess’ How to Guide

What can you do to help support our #ResearchHer cause?

While we can’t host a large event this year, we hope you will help us connect and inspire women to take care of their hearts!

Our ask: help us spread inspiration with women you care about. If you have a group of girlfriends who get together regularly (book club, neighbors, lifetime friends) consider making it a HHH at-home edition event!

There is no need for a large gathering... please plan time to take care of yourself with a few girlfriends as part of an informal happy hour on your patio, a leisurely lunch at a park or a coffee break at a socially distanced coffee shop with a few girlfriends as part of an informal happy hour on you patio, a leisurely lunch at a park, coffee break at a socially distanced coffee shop or virtual gathering via zoom or even FaceTime.

We hope to spread inspiration around #ResearchHer in August; you can choose to pull your girlfriends together when it works best for you.

Please share the app with your friends to learn about MHIF through videos and reading materials about women’s heart health. We hope you stay connected with us throughout this journey to #ResearchHer!
